Company Background
US Business Services is a full service business coaching, consulting and brokerage firm addressing the needs of small and mid-sized businesses. Founded in 2004 by Robert A. Fiance, the Company has helped companies and owners improve profitability, enhance value and exit the business or acquire other business. Our clients span a wide range of business types and range in size from $1M to $25M in revenue.
Our business is based on our own unique approach. We start by determining if you, as a business owner, need our help and if we can in fact help you. That's accomplished through our unique Business Performance or Exit Readiness Diagnostics. Once we determine that we can make a valuable contribution to your company's operations or exit plans, do our coaches begin work.
Relationship with MAUS
MAUS Business Systems also has acquired the company formally know as EBC (Entrepreneur Business Center). Since 1992 EBC has researching and publishing Start-Up, Management and Benchmarking Guides covering over 230 different industries. Over the years, the MAUS range of business planning, human resource and business process resources have been shipped to over 55,000 businesses and have been used in over 30 tertiary education institutions.
MAUS is committed to helping people succeed in business and receives over 5000 requests for assistance a week from people wanting to start, buy or improve their business. MAUS boasts an international network of independent Business Coaches, Consultants, Advisors and Business Brokers who have been trained to the highest levels of expertise in the implementation of the MAUS award-winning software and the methodologies and concepts behind them.
Expansion to North America
Robert Fiance, MBA, recognized the need for business coaching and consulting services for small and medium business in the US. In late 2008, Rob brought the MAUS coaching systems and software to the US and launched MAUS USA.
Rob is a seasoned executive and consultant in small, medium and large private and public companies. He is also experienced in raising capital, family businesses, business brokerage, and mergers and acquisitions, completing acquisitions from $1million to $77 million.
Rob has served as a Board Member, CEO and President of companies during his career. He is an experienced business consultant and coach, and co-founder and partner of US Business Services, Inc., a MAUS Accredited Partner. Rob is also a partner in Empire Business Brokers of California, and a founding partner of MAUS North America.
